If you're looking for all-star golf courses in a completely new and exciting environment, South Africa is a wonderful destination. A good number of the game's top players now hail from Africa, including multiple major winners like Bobby Locke, Gary Player, and Ernie Els. Many South African children take up the game and are just as enthusiastic about it as the British; you'll find yourself in good company out there on the course. If you're just a casual player, there are still draws for you. If you're heading out on your honeymoon, these courses will give you the perfect opportunity to head off for some masculine time while your new bride can visit a spa or have a relaxing day on her own. Here are four reasons you might enjoy a golfing holiday in South Africa.

1. The exotic environment. These courses are not your standard groomed English golf courses; they instead use the beauty of the South African countryside to embellish and add beauty and variety to each course. The courses are all distinct in their own ways, with different layouts and amazing vistas over the countryside. Many of them have been designed purely to take advantage of their natural environment and you will truly feel that you're in Africa, not just on a transplanted course from Scotland or England.

2. The challenges. These courses aren't easy and are a true test of players' skills. You'll find crocodiles in some of the lakes and large African trees getting in your way. Each course is distinct and challenging. The Leopard Creek Country Club is widely regarded as the most challenging of the courses; it's been specifically designed to encourage different strategies and provide thrilling views of the incredibly scenic and beautiful landscape.

3. The variety of your potential holiday. You needn't spend the whole time playing golf, although you certainly can do so if that's your idea of a perfect holiday. You can combine your golfing holiday with an amazing safari. If you spend a few days travelling on a safari, then stop for a couple of days for a golf break for the men and spa days for the ladies, and end up on Mauritius with a beach holiday. There are a vast number of options for a holiday in Africa and golf can help to make your complete holiday a wonder.

4. Amazing golf journeys. You can go up and down the coast enjoying different courses as the holiday progresses. The Garden Route is one of the most popular stretches of golf and is simultaneously just an amazing beautiful journey. The route heads from Hermanus, which is slightly to the east of Cape Town, over to East London. The journey is dotted with mountains and lined with beaches and bays to the ocean side and beautiful forests and rivers inland. Many of the Garden Route's golf courses are world class; seven of the Garden Route courses were ranked in the top 20 of all South African courses in 2005. These wonderful links will challenge you while they amaze you with their beauty.

An electronic cigarette kit is everything you need in order to start smoking electronic cigarettes. An electronic cigarette kit has been put together so that you have everything you need to get started all from one place. An electronic cigarette kit comes with at least one or two mouth pieces. There is a small atomizer inside it, and this atomizer is the most important working part out. The atomizer takes the e-liquid, which contains nicotine, and turns it into vapor smokers will then inhale, which is sometimes why smoking electronic cigarettes is called “vaping.” The atomizer is also responsible for giving off a water vapor at the tip of the smokeless cigarette, producing a light water vapor that can been seen coming from the end of the cigarette, and most importantly, it doesn’t contain any secondhand smoke that can harm those around you as you smoke. Additionally, most starter kits include more than one battery. One will usually be charged and ready to go, while the other one is to be placed on the charger and will be ready to use as soon as your other battery has run out. It’s essential to have charged batteries on hand if you decide to switch to e-cigarettes, as without these, nothing will be powered and you can’t use it.

Most of the kits also include whatever type of e-cigarette cartridges you choose to use. There are two different kinds available, one being disposable and the other cartridges can be refilled by you once the e-juice is out.

Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a basic skill learned in a few hours of training. CPR is a tool used to help provide life support to victims of heart attacks and respiratory ailments prior to medical professionals arriving on the scene. By making a commitment of only a few hours for a typical class, skills that may save a loved one's life are gained.

Most classes end with a hands-on test administered by a certified instructor, depending on the type and source of the instruction. During the class, participants receive text and hands-on training. There are three age levels of rescue training during each class: adult, child and infant.

Adult CPR is the process for treating adult victims. Learn the process to provide artificial respirations, how to clear airways and how to provide chest compressions to keep the heart pumping blood during heart stoppages.

Child techniques trains people on the processes to treat young children between toddler age and teens. Because children have less developed systems and bone structures, it is crucial to know how to provide safe and adequate compressions and assisted breathing.

Infant rescue breathing and compressions are delicate and precise procedures. In order to learn these, classes include specialized child training. Learning how to clear an infant's obstructed airway to ensure clear breathing is also part of the infant curriculum.

In addition to the three different ages of training, basic classes teach how to clear airways and blockages due to throat obstructions. One of the more common terms associated with this process is the Heimlich maneuver or abdominal thrusts.

Taking this training, or arranging mandatory classes for staff or co-workers, helps to ensure workplace or home safety. Having a crew ready to respond to medical emergencies in the workplace results in a safer and more secure work environment. Collateral benefits of having a trained work staff may result in lower workers comp insurance premiums.

The basic classes are routinely offered through a variety of sources. It is very common to hire an instructor to conduct private classes at work sites and alternate locations, making it easy for a full work crew to receive the same training, at the same time.

Once the class and test are administered, the instructor issues CPR certificates and cards to each successful student. These are used to submit to insurance underwriters and cover any government safety requirements for both individuals and companies.

With a little spare time and commitment, a business' staff becomes a first line of defense should any medical emergencies happen in the office or work zone. An ounce of prevention is worth a life. Companies should be sure to offer training to staff in life-saving cardio-pulmonary resuscitation procedures to keep the workplace safe.
